It’s been 6 weeks now since receiving the news and I still get teary very easily thinking of Ray. Reading the thoughts on here it is clear to see he touched so many lives and left such an imprint on everyone’s career. I became Rays coordinator quite by chance and what an amazing twist of fate that was. A quick interview and I was in. I then stayed for the next three long marvel jobs until America stole my Film family. I was really sad not to be able to go with them, but we all stayed in touch, Ray even sent my baby daughter a gift when she was born in 2021, so kind and thoughtful. There are so many great memories to mention including the Avengers Age of Ultron Premiere Party where he kept popping up behind me with even more Prosecco. I said ‘Ray every time you bring me another one of these I’m going to be another 30 mins late tomorrow .’ He just laughed and the glasses kept coming. I will never forget you Ray and thank you so much for everything. I hope wherever you are they have Fruit Pastels and really good coffee :)
