What a huge shock to this industry. Ray was an inspiration and altogether one of the great guys. A brilliant boss who nurtured his team to bring out the best in everyone. Ray offered me my first Standby Art Director role which continued for a decade. I'll never forget Ray and I sticking autumn leaves to a Honda 50cc scooter at 10pm for shooting the next day, laughing away at how ridiculous it was and how this could only happen in the film industry! He was a pleasure to be around and will be missed by so many, Sleep well RC x
